Bhubaneswar, July 22 -- In a significant shift across the state, young women from far-flung places of Odisha are breaking barriers, challenging stereotypes, and carving global careers for themselves-thanks to the initiative of the Skilled-in-Odisha initiative by the Government of Odisha and its flagship institution, the World Skill Center.
