Bhubaneswar, Jan. 29 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi on Wednesday said the State's clear-cut strategy is to establish anchor industries in every region and develop hundreds of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) around them as suppliers, vendors, logistics partners, fabricators, maintenance providers, packaging units, and technology partners.
