Bhubaneswar, Aug. 25 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today said the state's aviation sector is poised for rapid growth with the Centre's support through a flexible national policy, financial assistance for regional routes, and technical collaboration for MROs and training centres.
Addressing the Eastern Region Civil Aviation Ministers' Conference here today, Majhi said Odisha has made significant progress in aviation in recent years.
The Chief Minister highlighted that the state now has three operational airports, nine UDAN routes, and a dedicated Civil Aviation Policy, which have collectively strengthened connectivity.
