Bhubaneswar, Nov. 11 -- Odisha has been honoured as a Top Achiever in three key business-centric reform areas - Business Entry, Labour Regulation Enablers, and Sector-Specific Healthcare - at the Udyog Samagam 2025 organised by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, government of India.

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi said the recognition reflects Odisha's emergence as one of India's most progressive and business-friendly states, driven by reform-oriented governance and investor-centric policies.
