Bhubaneswar, July 10 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today said as a power-surplus state in eastern India, the state is ready to supply surplus electricity to neighbouring eastern states through mutually agreed arrangements. Addressing the 27th meeting of the Eastern Regional Council in Ranchi, Majhi stated that Odisha's power sector reflects strong operational and financial health, with 99.9 percent transmission availability-the highest in the country.
