Bhubaneswar, Dec. 25 -- A Court in Odisha's Bargarh district has sentenced a man to life imprisonment after finding him guilty of murdering a five-year-old boy five years back.
The accused Bijit Bhoi is found guilty under section 302 Indian Penal Code and convicted thereunder.
The convict is sentenced to undergo Rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs 20,000, in default to pay fine to undergo further six months Rigorous Imprisonment, the additional district and sessions Judge, Bargarh ordered in a verdict pronounced on Wednesday.
