Bhubaneswar, April 29 -- Odisha Health and Family Welfare Minister, Dr. Mukesh Mahaling, on Tuesday launched a comprehensive set of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials aimed at accelerating the Measles and Rubella (MR) elimination programme in the state.
