Bhubaneswar, Sept. 3 -- All members of Odisha Information Commission led by State Chief Information Commissioner Manoj Parida called on Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati atRaj Bhavan today.
The Commissioners briefed the Governor regarding various activities of the Commission andrecent steps taken to expedite disposal of pending cases.
The Governor expressed happiness about fast disposal of pending cases and complimented the Commission for introducing best practices from Information Commissions of other States.
He suggested that various government officials dealing with RTI matters should be provided proper training in various training institutions.
