Bhubaneswar, Aug. 24 -- Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati today urged the Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) to address emerging challenges such as climate change, resource constraints, and market fluctuations, while simultaneously developing skilled manpower and innovative solutions.
"The OUAT should play a leading role in promoting agripreneurship, not just among its students but also among farmers and the wider community," he stressed while speaking at the 64th Foundation Day celebrations of the university here.
