Bhubaneswar, Sept. 21 -- The youth wing of Biju Janata Dal, Odisha's principal Opposition party, yesterday slammed the 15-month-old BJP government for "neglecting" the Generation Z charging that "the government has evinced no vision or roadmap for youth development, resulting in widespread neglect and frustration among the youth of the State".
