Bhubaneswar, Sept. 16 -- The Odisha Government has initiated steps to implement the Angikaar-2025 campaign under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U 2.0), which is being observed nationwide until October 31, 2025.
Principal Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Usha Padhee, has directed all District Collectors to organize district-level anchor events and ward-level outreach programmes to ensurethe campaign's success.
As part of the initiative, PMAY-U Awas Diwas will be celebrated on September 17, 2025. On the same occasion, PM Awas Mela - Shehri (Phase-I) will be held at the district level to mark the first anniversary of PMAY-U 2.0.
