Odisha govt to establish model schools at Gram Panchayat level

Bhubaneswar, Sept. 29 -- The Odisha cabinet today approved the development of model schools at Gram panchayat level under the Godabarish Adarsha Vidyalaya (GAV) Scheme across the state.

The scheme aims to set up model schools at the Gram Panchayat level, focusing on inclusive, quality education in alignment with the Right to Education (RTE) Act, 2009.

It emphasises integrated learning and the overall development of students, providing a strong foundation through innovative teaching practices and active community engagement.
