Bhubaneswar, March 18 -- The Odisha government has issued instructions to strengthen fire safety arrangements in hospitals and government buildings across the state following the devastating fire incident at the Trauma Care ICU of SCB Medical College and Hospital on March 16, which claimed the lives of 12 patients undergoing treatment.
The directives were issued during a high-level meeting chaired by Chief Secretary Anu Garg.
