Bhubaneswar, March 20 -- The Odisha government has directed all departments to ensure that the benefits of various government schemes and programmes reach every eligible person in Maoist-affected areas, with a focus on achieving 100 percent coverage in a target-oriented "saturation mode."In an effort to accelerate development in these regions, the state government launched an innovative initiative called "Gramodaya" in October 2024.
