Bhubaneswar, Oct. 26 -- The Odisha government has deployed 128 teams of NDRF, ODRAF, and Fire Services across eight southern districts and instructed Collectors to complete evacuation of people from vulnerable areas to safe shelters by 5 pm tomorrow, in view of the approaching Cyclone Mantha.
Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari and Special Relief Commissioner Deoranjan Kumar Singh today reviewed cyclone preparedness in detail with district Collectors, emphasizing coordinated response and readiness.
