Bhubaneswar, July 25 -- Odisha Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati today urged the National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) to take proactive steps under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme to enhance the health and well-being of school and college students across the state.
He emphasized the importance of targeted interventions to address issues such as low hemoglobin levels among girls and women, and the rising incidence of vision problems among children.
The Governor made the remarks during his visit to NALCO's Corporate Office at NALCO Bhawan in Bhubaneswar, where he interacted with Chairman-cum-Managing Director Brijendra Pratap Singh, company directors, and senior officials.
