Bhubaneswar, Dec. 25 -- Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati on Thursday said the tenure of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee marked a transformative era in India's development, particularly in the fields of infrastructure, connectivity, and good governance.
