Bhubaneswar, Aug. 14 -- Odisha Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati today urged citizens to reject hatred, embrace compassion, and strengthen unity.
"Partition's wounds left deep scars that continue to influence our politics and perceptions. Yet, the politics of hate must never divide our hearts again," Dr. Kambhampati said while addressing the Partition Horrors Remembrance Day programme at the New Abhishek Hall, Raj Bhavan here.
"Unity must be nurtured through tolerance, empathy, and justice," he added.
