Bhubaneswar, Aug. 31 -- Odisha Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati today stressed the need for greater community awareness to combat diabetes, describing it as a "silent killer" and a major public health challenge in recent times.
Addressing the 13th Annual Conference of the Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI), Odisha Chapter, at Cuttack, the Governor urged people from all walks of life to adopt healthy lifestyles and collectively build a culture of health awareness.
