Bhubaneswar, Dec. 3 -- The Odisha government is committed to a systematic and farmer-friendly paddy procurement process, Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Minister Krushna Chandra Patra told the State Assembly on Wednesday.
Replying to a debate on the admissibility of an adjournment over paddy procurement, Patra emphasized that all arrangements have been made to ensure smooth procurement and dismissed opposition claims of mismanagement as baseless.
