Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Thursday announced that the state government has signed two landmark Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) in the civil aviation sector at 'Wings India 2026', reinforcing Odisha's vision to become a leading hub for aviation and drone technology.
Sharing the update on his official X handle, the Chief Minister said a Flying Training Organization (FTO) will be established at Dandbose Airport in Mayurbhanj, where around 50 commercial pilots will be trained annually.
