Speaking as the Chief Guest at an orientation programme on the Sexual Harassment of Women
at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013,widely known as the POSH Act , Parida underlined the government's commitment to creating safe and dignified workplaces for all.
She stated that appropriate action would be taken against offenders after a thorough investigation, while also cautioning that individuals who file false complaints will be held accountable.
