Bhubaneswar, March 12 -- Odisha has so far created more than 8 lakh Lakhpati Didis, out of which 1.66 lakh belong to aspirational and tribal districts, official sources said on Wednesday.
The state government has announced the "Lakhpati Didi Sahayika Yojana," through which all Community Support Staff (CSS) will work towards the creation of Lakhpati Didis.
As per the instructions of Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida, a one-day district-level workshop was organized across the state on Lakhpati Didi on Tuesday.
This workshop, official sources said, was a grand success, with participation from 4,000 attendees, including all steering committee members, community support staff, successful Lakhpati Didis, community influencers, and officials...
