Bhubaneswar, July 19 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today announced the launch of the Shaktishri Programme across higher educational institutions in the state to ensure a safe and empowering environment for students and to prevent any form of harassment on campuses.
The initiative will be implemented in 16 universities and 730 government and aided colleges under the state's Higher Education Department,Majhi said and expressed hope that the programme would serve as a powerful tool to safeguard students and support their overall development.
