Bhubaneswar, Nov. 21 -- The Odisha Cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Majhi on Friday approved the proposal to establish Odisha Uniformed Services Staff Selection Commission (OUSSSC) to maintain transparency and prevent irregularities in the recruitment of uniformed personnel, including police, in the State.
It may be recalled that the State Government faced widespread criticism after the Odisha Police Sub-Inspector Recruitment Examination scam surfaced leaving the job aspirants high and dry.
