Bhubaneswar, April 24 -- In the run-up to the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in Odisha, the state unit of the BJP sharpened its attack on the ruling BJD by releasing a 60-page ''chargesheet'' against the 25-year rule of the Naveen Patnaik government.

Union Minister for Forest, Environment, and Climate Change Bhupender Yadav released the chargesheet titled "Kete Dina Au Sahiba, Odishare Parivartan Aniba" (How long will we tolerate, will bring a change in Odisha), at a press conference here highlighting the failure of the BJD government in fulfilling its several promises made to the people of the state.
