Bhubaneswar, Dec. 24 -- The Odisha government has approved a total of 6,700 projects under the Mukhyamantri Sahari Bikash Yojana (MSBY) for urban areas across the state. Housing and Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mohapatra, while chairing a high-level review meeting on MSBY implementation, said that out of the total allocation of Rs.1,200 crore for the current financial year, Rs.796 crore has already been sanctioned.
The Minister directed all Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) to expedite project execution and ensure completion within the stipulated timelines, making it clear that there would be zero tolerance for delays.
