Bhubaneswar, Sept. 17 -- Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today announced that Odisha has successfully achieved its target of planting 75 lakh trees to mark the 75th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In a post on his official X handle, Majhi informed that over 93.6 lakh trees had been planted across the state by 2:00 pm today.
"This collective effort reflects our deep sense of duty towards Mother Earth and has transformed into a true mass movement. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to this noble cause," Majhi said.
