Bhubaneswar, Feb. 10 -- Senior bureaucrat and Additional Chief Secretary Housing & Urban Development Department, Usha Padhee on Monday assumed additional charge as Chairperson of the Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO).
