Odisha: Project Director Santanu Mohapatra, four of his accomplices held in DA case

Bhubaneswar, Feb. 7 -- Deputy Director & Project Director, Watershed in Malkangiri Santanu Mohapatra, was arrested by the Odisha vigilance on Friday for possession of disproportionate assets.

The Vigilance officials also arrested four accomplices of Mohapatra - Asst Agriculture Engineer Mohan Mandal, DEO, Biswajit Mandal, contractual staff Amiyakanta Sahu, and private person Alekh Pradhan, for embezzlement of Government money along with Mohapatra.

They were arrested for abetting Mohapatra in accumulation of huge amount assets and pecuniary resources disproportionate to their known sources of income
