Bhubaneswar, Dec. 12 -- The Opposition Biju Janata Dal on Thursday constituted a fact-finding team to visit Malkangiri district, which reported large-scale violence following the recovery of the headless body of a woman.
In the aftermath of this shocking incident, more than 50 houses were allegedly been set on fire and over 160 houses damaged, forcing hundreds of families to flee their homes and take shelter in nearby villages.
The Fact-Finding Team comprises of Manas Madkami (coordinator), Manohar Randhari, MLA, Ramesh Majhi, Ex-Minister, Pradeep Majhi, Ex-MP, Rabi Nanda, Ex-Minister, Ishwar Panigrahi, and Laxmipriya Nayak, MLA Candidate, Chitrakonda.
