Ratnagiri, Jan. 23 -- In order to ensure that the Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti General Elections 2026 are conducted in a transparent, free and fair manner, the State Election Commission, Mumbai, has appointed election observers as per the directions of the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division.
Palghar Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Manoj Ranade has been appointed as Election Observer for Ratnagiri, Sangameshwar, Lanja and Rajapur talukas.
For Mandangad, Dapoli, Khed, Chiplun and Guhagar talukas, Ganesh Misal, Additional District Collector (Encroachment Removal), Western Suburbs, Bandra (East), has been appointed as Election Observer.
