New Delhi, Sept. 20 -- At a landmark conference in the capital, leading jurists, lawmakers, policymakers, and corporate leaders stressed the need to reform India's legal framework by returning to its civilizational roots of Nyaya and Dharma.
The event, Nyaya Nirmaan 2025, was organized by the General Counsels' Association of India (GCAI) and brought together eminent voices from the judiciary, government, academia, and industry.
Delivering the keynote, Justice Dinesh Maheshwari, Chairman of the Law Commission of India, said that Nyaya is not merely about delivering verdicts in courtrooms but ensuring justice reaches the most marginalized.
