New Delhi, Dec. 23 -- : Reinforcing its commitment to clean energy innovation and sustainability, NTPC Ltd's research and development arm, NTPC Energy Technology Research Alliance (NETRA), has announced plans to set up a Plasma Gasification-based Green Hydrogen Plant as part of its expanding green energy initiatives.
The upcoming facility is designed to produce one tonne of green hydrogen per day, highlighting NTPC's growing focus on hydrogen as a key pillar of India's future energy mix. The project will be implemented at the NETRA campus and will integrate advanced waste-to-energy and hydrogen production technologies.
