Dimapur, Aug. 15 -- The Naga Students' Federation (NSF) urged the Nagaland government to disqualify candidate who is a domicile of Haryana for consideration under the Nagaland state quota for admission through NEET 2005.

In a letter to the chief secretary today, the NSF pointed out that the candidate, Vatsala Panghal, has listed an address in Kohima owing to her father's current posting in Kohima town. It said she secured 113803 all India rank with NEET 2025 score of 455.

The student body said it is an established fact that Panghal is a domicile of Haryana. It added that she is neither indigenous to Nagaland nor does she belong to any recognised Scheduled Tribe of the State.
