Hyderabad, April 18 -- The National Platform for the Rights of the Disabled (NPRD) and its Women's Department State Committees have strongly condemned the brutal rape of a deaf girl in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, demanding stringent action against the accused, Dan Singh.
