Gorakhpur, July 20 -- Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak today informed that the postmortem report in case of accident or other medico-legal cases will now be handed over to the bereaved family within five hours.



Patel, also the state's Medical Education, Medical and Health, Family and Welfare and Mother and Child Welfare Minister, said the decision to provide postmortem report to the family within five hours in case of accidental death in the state will be ensured and the government is considering to fill the shortage of paramedical staff in hospitals.
