Itanagar, June 10 -- Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein on Tuesday highlighted the transformative development of the Northeast region under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that the region, once neglected, has now emerged as the "engine of India's growth."
