Agartala, Oct. 13 -- In a pioneering initiative aimed at sustainable water management, District Magistrate of North Tripura Ms Chandni Chandran launched an innovative, Uttar Jal Sanchay Yatra, targeting to build an impressive 50,000 soak pits in two days.
