Patna, March 27 -- Congress on Thursday said nonpayment of salaries on time is a major factor behind migration of brain drain from Bihar, as skilled and talented workforce migrate to other states in search of their livelihood in such a scenario.
Congress-in-charge of Bihar, Krishna Allaveru, President of Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee(BPCC), Rajesh Ram, and other senior leaders of the party interacted with doctors of CGHS hospital working there as interns. Doctors informed them that they had not been getting salaries for the last eight months.
