Chandigarh, March 22 -- In view of the General Election to Lok Sabha-2019, while Model Code of Conduct in force, as per the directions issued by the Election Commission of India, no video conferencing can take place between the Chief Ministers, Ministers or political functionaries of the Union and the State Governments with the officials.
