No need to panic at GB Syndrome: AP Minister
Eluru, Feb. 17 -- Andhra Pradesh Minister for Housing and I&PR, K Parthasarathi, on Monday asked people not to panic at the Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS) disease and directed the medical officers to keep ready required medicines and injections to treat the patients.
Talking to the media here, the Minister asked the medical officials to dispel the doubts of people on the GB Syndrome disease.
The Minister ordered the officials that medicines and injections should be made available in all government hospitals in Eluru district. Steps should also be taken to make emergency medicines available in the cardiology and neurology general medicine departments.
