Bengaluru, Aug. 5 -- Karnataka Home Minister Dr G Parameshwara today said the government is closely monitoring the ongoing transport strike and has taken necessary steps to maintain law and order across the state.
Addressing reporters, Dr Parameshwara said, "No major untoward incident has been reported so far. The police have made appropriate security arrangements. However, in such situations, it is difficult to predict who might act when-some disruption is inevitable despite our preparedness."
