Bengaluru, Sept. 11 -- Karnataka Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister HK Patil today said the state cabinet did not discuss on ballot papers for conducting the local body elections.
Addressing reporters after the meeting, Patil said the cabinet meeting was confined to matters concerning farmer relief and compensation.
"There was no discussion on ballot papers or anything related. The focus remained on assistance for farmers and families affected by recent calamities," he said.
Patil added that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah had already held discussions with farmers impacted by floods and other losses.
