Patna, July 13 -- The Bihar government has decided to create 1 crore government jobs and employment opportunities between 2025 and 2030 in the state, which will be double the current target of 50 lakh, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said today.
In a post on social media platform 'X', Kumar said during his tenure from 2005 to 2020, about 8 lakh youth received government jobs in Bihar. In 2020, under the Seven Resolves part II (Saat Nischay), the government set a goal to provide 10 lakh government jobs and 10 lakh employment opportunities by 2025.
