Patna, June 26 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today rolled out rules prepared for redressal of
grievances of government officials and staff relating to their service matter and retirement benefits.
Mr Kumar, while launching the rules for redressal of grievances of government staff and officials, said it would help them in getting justice on disputes arising over their service matters. It was seen that public servants had no option but to wait for an indefinite period for redressal of their grievances, he added.
Mr Kumar also launched "Samadhan Web Portal" for the purpose and released guidelines booklet for assistance to government staff seeking redressal of their grievances. All kinds of grievances beginning from joining to retire...
