Patna, Aug. 21 -- On a surprising note, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, known for his secular credentials in political corridors, who also claims to have initiated several pro muslims measures, today abruptly refuse to wear a traditional Muslim cap during a function organised to mark the centenary celebrations of the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board in Patna.

Some of the members of the organising committee of the event offered the traditional cap to the CM who refused to wear. A member of the committee initially attempted to put the cap on Kumar's head who refused and took it in his hand.
