Patna, Sept. 23 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today paid floral tributes to Rashtrakavi Ramdhari Singh Dinkar on the occasion of his birth anniversary and recalled his immense contribution to Indian literature.
In a message posted on his official social media handle, 'X', Kumar wrote that Dinkar, born on the soil of Simaria in Bihar, gave Indian literature a powerful voice of patriotism and revolution.
He said the poet's writings awakened the spirit of nationalism, self-respect, and the call for change, adding that his inspiring works continue to instill courage and motivation among generations.
"On the birth anniversary of Rashtrakavi Ramdhari Singh Dinkar, I bow to him with reverence," the Chief Minister stated in his post.
