Patna, March 22 -- Communist Party of India Marxist Leninist (CPI ML) General Secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya alleged that Nitish Kumar is no longer capable of discharging the responsibilities of the post of Chief Minister.
Bhattacharya on Saturday congratulated the people of the state on the occasion of Bihar Day and called for transformation of the state.
He said just a day before Bihar Diwas, a video of Kumar's abnormal behaviour during a public function went viral.
