Chhapra , March 8 -- Founder of "Jan Suraaj" Prashant Kishor on Saturday alleged that RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar pushed Bihar into casteism during the last 35 years.
Kishor told media persons that casteism was not new in Bihar but both Lalu and Nitish pushed the state into fresh spate of casteism in the last 35 years. Keeping oneself confined to one's caste while casting vote was not a wise decision, he added.
"Reeling under casteism is proving to be detrimental to development, so people should cast their votes to protect their own interests like education, health and livelihood ", the Jan Suraaj Founder said adding that Prime Minister Narendra Modi got votes by narrating success stories of Gujarat.
